Pune (Maharashtra) [India], June 23: PPS Motors, a part of one of India's largest automobile retail conglomerates, today announced the inauguration of two newest Mahindra dealerships in Pune, Maharashtra. The inauguration of the facility at Katraj, Ambegaon was attended by Mr. Baneswar Banerjee, National Sales Head & VP, Mahindra, and other senior officials from both the organizations. Apart from this, the company had also inaugurated another dealership at Saswad near Pune.

Zomoz turns profitable, raises bridge round of INR 5 Cr to scale across tier 2 cities

New Delhi [India], June 23: QSR momo and bao brand, Zomoz has raised INR 5 Cr co-led by The Chennai Angels and Hyderabad Angels to increase its foot print in tier 2 cities in Telangana, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu and Maharashtra. A few HNIs have also participated in the round. The brand currently operates 72 outlets in these four states and is rated the highest among it's competitors. The funds raised will primarily be used to increase the outlet count to a 100 within the next 3 quarters. Bolstered by robust unit economics and a very asset-light model, Zomoz has also turned profitable and aims to achieve it's target of 100 outlets while maintaining profitability.

Indian stocks recover from heavy losses as Israel-Iran conflict continues; Sensex closes 511 points down

Sensex closed at 81,896.79 points, down 511.38 points, or 0.62 per cent, while Nifty closed at 24,971.90 points or 140.50 points or 0.56 per cent. At one point, Sensex was about 1,000 points down but recovered later.
