Haryana CM Nayab Singh Saini inaugurates 19 developmental projects worth ₹84 crore in Narnaul

Narnaul (Haryana) [India], November 16 : Haryana Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini inaugurated 19 developmental projects worth ₹84 crore during Maharaja Shoor Saini Jayanti celebrations in Narnaul on Sunday.
In a post on X, Saini said, "Today, on the occasion of the birth anniversary of Maharaja Shoor Saini Ji in Narnaul, I greeted the esteemed family members present by participating in the state-level program organized for this purpose. Here, I inaugurated and foundation stone laying works of 19 projects costing approximately ₹84 crore for the progress and upliftment of the region."

During the event, the Chief Minister also announced a separate allocation of ₹5 crore for development works in Narnaul and announced the construction of an ITI building, a 12-room teaching block for the Government College, a boundary wall for the Government Women's College, and a sub-health centre.
The Municipal Council of Narnaul announced the covering of old taps at a cost of ₹60 crore. Additionally, 36 roads spanning 95 kilometres will be repaired, and construction of six roads covering 27 kilometres is underway. The state Chief Minister also mentioned that thirteen unauthorised colonies will soon be regularised.
The Chief Minister announced a personal donation of ₹51 lakh to Narnaul. The other guests, Mahipal Dhanda, Ranbir Gangwa, and Aarti Singh Rao, also contributed ₹11 lakh each.
While extending his wishes on the occasion of Maharaja Shoor Saini Jayanti, the Chief Minister of Haryana stated that this day is not merely a birth anniversary but a renaissance of history that unites their identity.
"This is not just a birth anniversary, but a renaissance of history, which keeps our identity united; this birth anniversary is its identity. I salute Maharaja Shoor Saini," said Saini.
He further emphasised that the Saini community has consistently demonstrated a strong sense of duty and patriotism, from the independence movement to the present day. He also expressed gratitude to the Deputy Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Keshav Prasad Maurya, for attending the event.
"This is not merely a Jayanti program but a renaissance of our golden history. The Saini community has demonstrated its patriotism and sense of duty from the independence movement up to the present day. On this occasion, I express my gratitude to the Deputy Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Shri @kpmaurya1 ji, for gracing the event," wrote Saini on X.

Earlier, the state's Chief Minister paid tribute to the prominent leader of the First War of Indian Independence in 1857, rebel Rao Tularam, at his memorial. The Chief Minister emphasised that Rao Tularam's sacrifice inspires people to prioritise the welfare of the nation above all else.
"Today, while paying tribute at the martyrdom memorial of the brave martyr Rao Tularam Ji in Naseebpur, we bowed to his indomitable courage, sacrifice, and valour for the nation's independence. Rao Tularam Ji's sacrifice inspires us all to prioritise the nation's welfare above all. His struggle is a shining symbol of the valorous tradition not only of Haryana but of the entire country," wrote Saini.
