85 pc of Army’s purchases are from Indian companies: COAS Gen MM Naravane

Gandhinagar (Gujarat), Feb 26 (ANI): Indian Army Chief General MM Naravane attended ‘Ahmedabad Design Week 3.0’ on February 26 at Karnavati University in Gandhinagar, Gujarat. “As far as the Army is concerned, 85 per cent of whatever we buy is from Indian companies. The defence corridors in Chennai and Lucknow have helped in changing the entire ecosystem of the defence industry,” said MM Naravane during the event.
