AAP’s Jeevan Jyot Kaur calls her win against Sidhu, Majithia difficult, says ‘they had lot of money’

Mohali (Punjab), Mar 12 (ANI): Aam Aadmi Party's newly elected MLA Jeevan Jyot Kaur on March 11, shared the challenges she faced while contesting against two big faces of Punjab- Congress' Navjot Singh Sidhu and Shiromani Akali Dal's Bikram Sigh Majithia.“It was challenging as the opponents had a lot of money. But we focused on door-to-door activities. We will fulfil the promises we have made to the public,” said Jeevan Jyot Kaur. Kaur won the Amritsar East constituency by bagging a total vote of 39,679. Trailing second behind the AAP candidate was Navjot Singh Sidhu with 32,929 votes. Bikramjit Majithia finished at the third spot with 25,188 votes.
