New Delhi (India), September 24 (ANI): The Indian Institute for Higher Education in New Delhi hosted the launch of The Hanuman Chalisa, a new bilingual, lyrical, and singable translation by poet-diplomat Abhay K. Translated from the original Awadhi text by Goswami Tulsidas, this edition stands out for its rhythm, rhyme, and deeper word-by-word explanations. Speaking at the event, Abhay K. emphasized that the book not only retains the devotional spirit but also makes the Hanuman Chalisa accessible to people worldwide, especially those unable to read Devanagari. The translation allows devotees to sing and recite the hymn in English while experiencing its layered meanings. Published by Bloomsbury India, the book brings timeless wisdom to contemporary readers and literature enthusiasts.
