Aligarh (UttarPradesh), November 1st (ANI): - Rising above all kinds of religious and cultural biases, an organization in Uttar Pradesh’s Aligarh city has been giving a dignified send-off to the unclaimed dead bodies according to their own rituals. Named as Manav Upkar Sansthan, the organization works tirelessly with an aim to give out loud the message of unity and brotherhood. Established in the year 2000, the organization has performed the last rites of more than 5400 dead bodies according to their own traditions. The organization also distributes food packets to the hungry regardless of any religious discrimination and tries serving the mankind in more than one ways. Even in the times of the pandemic, Manav Upkar Sansthan stood up and cremated many unclaimed bodies who died due to the Coronavirus. After performing the last rites of an unclaimed body, members of the organization also hold prayers for the soul of the dead to rest in peace. It is due to people and organizations like Manav Upkar Sansthan that India stands as an unbreakable example of a multi-cultural society that resides peacefully and harmoniously.
