Amarnath Yatra: Chhari Mubarak puja performed at Amarnath in J&K

Amarnath (J&K), Aug 23 (ANI): The 59-day long symbolic annual Amarnath Yatra concluded as 'Chhari Mubarak' (Holy Mace of Lord Shiva) reached holy cave shrine on Sunday. The rituals for 'Chhari Mubarak' mark the traditional commencement of the Amarnath Yatra. The Shri Amarnath Shrine Board cancelled annual pilgrimage in the wake of COVID-19. Mahant Deependra Giri with other priests performed ‘Samapan Pooja’ to mark end of the yatra at the holy cave.
