Amjad Ayub Mirza slams PoJK govt for promoting terror
Sep 10, 2025
United Kingdom\PoJK, 10 September 2025: - Pakistan-occupied Jammu and Kashmir Prime Minister Chaudhry Anwar ul Haq has come under fire for openly endorsing terrorism and aligning with jihadi organisations. PoJK activist Amjad Ayub Mirza has accused him of using his position to promote radical ideology, warning that his actions pose a direct threat to peace and stability. Highlighting the political suppression in the region, Mirza described PoJK as a “colony of Pakistan. In PoJK, the Joint Awami Action Committee, a people’s movement in PoJK, has emerged as a united platform representing public anger against political suppression and Islamabad’s control. According to Mirza, this development is now seen as a threat by both the PoJK authorities and Islamabad. The activist’s remarks lay bare Pakistan’s dual policy—fueling terrorism on one hand while denying the people of PoJK their fundamental rights—exposing the region’s status as nothing more than a colony under Islamabad’s control.
