Arjuna awardees to get Rs 20,000 per month instead of Rs 5,000: Haryana CM Khattar

Panchkula (Haryana), May 07 (ANI): Addressing the logo launch event of 4th Khelo India Youth Games in Panchkula on May 07, Haryana Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar informed that Arjuna awardees will now get Rs 20,000 per month instead of Rs 5,000. The minister said, “We’re giving permanent jobs to medal winners. Participants of various levels of games are given 10 per cent reservation in Group-D jobs and 3 per cent in Group-C jobs. Arjuna awardees will now get Rs 20,000 per month instead of Rs 5,000/month,” he said.
