Army chief Gen MM Naravane expresses regret on Nagaland killings

New Delhi, Jan 12 (ANI): Indian Army Chief General MM Naravane on January 12 expressed the regret of civilians killing by special forces troops in Oting of Nagaland last year and said the matter is being thoroughly investigated. “The regrettable incident that occurred in Oting, Nagaland on December 4 is being thoroughly investigated. We remain committed to the security of our countrymen, even during the conduct of operations,” said Gen MM Naravane.
