Article 370 scrapped: Congress is speaking in the voice of Pakistan, says Pralhad Joshi

Tuesday moved Jammu and Kashmir (reorganisation), 2019 in the Lok Sabha today. During the discussion, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Pralhad Joshi said, “When the country is celebrating, Congress is speaking in the voice of Pakistan. Pakistan government official statement said it's a dark day. Congress leaders have stated it's a dark day. What does it mean? Pakistan says it's a dark day and you are joining them?”
