Article 370 scrapped: Kashmiris working in HP worry about family staying in J&K

Shimla (HP), Aug 06 (ANI): Many Kashmiri labourers working in Himachal Pradesh are facing fear and tension after phone and internet services have been stopped in Jammu and Kashmir yesterday. The Center revoked Article 370 in Jammu & Kashmir on Monday. The BJP-led government had announced that the state be bifurcated into two Union Territories, Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh. While speaking to ANI, a Kashmiri staying in Shimla said, “I don’t have the knowledge about the Article 370. I only know how me and my family live and survive. I did not talk to my family since yesterday so I am worried about them. We hope the matter the current situation solves soon so that we can go to our home.”
