Arvind Kejriwal announce ‘सत्याग्रह,’ refuses to appear before Justice Swarna Kanta; writes letter

AAP National Convenor Arvind Kejriwal has written to Justice Swarna Kanta Sharma, stating that he will not appear before her in person or through a lawyer. Citing loss of faith in receiving justice, Kejriwal announced he would follow Mahatma Gandhi’s ‘Satyagraha’ and reserve the right to challenge any decision in the Supreme Court. Earlier, the Delhi High Court had dismissed a plea by Kejriwal, Manish Sisodia and others seeking the judge’s recusal in the excise policy case.
