Assam: CM Himanta Biswa reviews preparations ahead of President Kovind's visit in Guwahati

Guwahati (Assam), Feb 23 (ANI): Ahead of the visit by President Ram Nath Kovind, Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma visited the Srimanta Sankaradeva Kalakshetra in Guwahati, and inspected the preparations on February 22. President Ram Nath Kovind will be inaugurating a year-long celebration of the 400th birth anniversary of Lachit Borphukan in Guwahati on February 25. Lachit Borphukan was a commander in the Ahom kingdom.
