Assam: One held in Jorhat for smuggling stray dogs to Nagaland

Jorhat, (Assam) Dec 17 (ANI): One person arrested for smuggling 24 stray dogs to Nagaland. Assam Police rescued 24 local dogs in Jorhat on December 16. The dogs were tied with ropes and sacks. Further investigations are underway.
