AVCG sector can play big role in reaching trillion dollars of service exports: Piyush Goyal

New Delhi, Aug 28 (ANI): The Union Minister of Commerce and Industry Piyush Goyal on August 27 virtually addressed the valedictory session of 2nd edition of CII Summit FX 2021 – Global Animation, Visual Effects, Gaming and Comics (AVGC) & Immersive Media Summit. During his address Minister said that AVCG sector can play big role in reaching trillion dollars of service export. “I would like to see movies like ‘Star Wars’ being produced in India due to our cost competitiveness. In spirit of ‘Local Goes Global’, Animation, Visual Effects, Gaming & Comics sector can play big role in reaching trillion dollars of service exports,” said Piyush Goyal.
