Bihar: Needle-free COVID vaccine ZyCoV-D launched in Patna

Patna (Bihar), Feb 05 (ANI): India’s first needleless and painless COVID Vaccine ZyCoV-D launched in Patna on February 04. “Three doses will be given at intervals of 28 days and 56 days. This program has been started at 3 vaccination centers. It is good for people who are afraid of needles,” Civil surgeon Dr Vibha Singh told to ANI. A needle-free vaccine delivers painless experience, reduces major side-effects. ZyCov-D, a DNA-based vaccine, has got approval for emergency use in 12-18 age group.
