Bihar: SDRF, NDRF rescue 3 ½ year-old-child from borewell after hours of struggle

Nalanda (Bihar) July 23 (ANI): In a major success the three and half-year-old child who fell into a borewell in Kul village in Bihar’s Nalanda on July 23 was rescued by the NDRF after a long struggle of around five hours. The child has been rushed to the hospital for medication by the NDRF officials. According to the officials, the child was identified as Shivam Kumar. As per information shared by his mother, the incident took place around 8 am in the morning. As per the information, a farmer made the borewell but it wasn't closed, resulting in the tragic incident. The children playing with Shivam informed his parents after which the rescue operation started. JCB machines were called to deliver oxygen and extract the child from the bore.
