BJP workers stage protest to mark one year of post-poll violence in Kolkata

Kolkata (West Bengal), May 02 (ANI): Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) workers staged a protest on May 02, to mark one year of post-poll violence in Kolkata, West Bengal. The protesters thronged the streets of Kolkata. Leader of Opposition (LoP) Suvendu Adhikari and BJP leader Agnimitra Paul also participated in the protest. “Today it’s been a year since post-poll violence. 56 workers of BJP, including women, were murdered on May 02 last year. After one year, there has been no peace in the region,” said Agnimitra Paul, BJP Leader.
