'Bloomberg is being cautious': Motilal Oswal chairman Raamdeo on India bond index inclusion delay

Mumbai, August 01, 2026(ANI): On Bloomberg delaying India's bond index inclusion, Motilal Oswal Financial Services Ltd., Raamdeo Agrawal, said, “Is this just an inclusion in the index or maybe it is operational? They're being more cautious about whether the changes that have been brought up in India are enough…that's the reason I read, that they're trying to see whether it works well. If it works well, then it will form part of the global Bloomberg index.”
