UP bypoll results: Counting of votes underway for Mainpuri Lok Sabha seat

Etawah (UP), Rampur (UP) Dec 08 (ANI): Counting of votes are underway for three Assembly Constituencies in Uttar Pradesh on Dec 08. The polling for Rampur Sadar, Khatauli and Mainpuri Lok Sabha seats was held on December 05. The counting began at 8 am to decide the fate of the candidates. Previously Mainpuri Parliamentary Constituency was represented by Samajwadi Party Founder Late Mulayam Singh Yadav. The Mainpuri seat fell vacant after the demise of Mulayam Singh Yadav. Akhilesh Yadav’s wife, Dimple Yadav is pitted against BJP's Raghuraj Singh Shakya for Mainpuri bypoll.
