New Delhi, Nov 19 (ANI): Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, in a press conference on November 19, after Prime Minister Narendra Modi repealed the three farms laws said that the Centre made all efforts to disrupt anti-farm laws protest. “Today will be written in Indian history like January 26 and August 15. The Central Government had to bow before the struggle of the farmers and had to withdraw all the three black laws. Today, farmers have told all governments that in democracy, governments will always have to listen to the public,” said Kejriwal. “Government had made all efforts to disrupt anti-farm laws protest, called them Khalistani, terrorists, but farmers did not give up and fought well. Farmers proved that the Centre eventually will have to listen to the people. Government made all efforts to disrupt the protest but farmers did not give up,” added Delhi CM.
