‘Chaitra Navratri’: Devotees offer prayers at Tapeshwari Temple in Kanpur

Kanpur (Uttar Pradesh), April 09 (ANI): On the eighth day of Chaitra Navratri, devotees offered prayers to Goddess Durga at Tapeshwari Temple in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh on April 09. The 8th day of Navratri is dedicated to ‘Goddess Mahagauri’, one of the nine forms of Goddess Durga. Chaitra marks the beginning of the New Year in Hindu calendar.
