Chandrayaan-2: Waiting for smooth & hazard free landing, says Space Scientist RC Kapoor

Bengaluru, Sep 06 (ANI): While talking on Chandrayaan-2, Space Scientist RC Kapoor said that they are waiting for smooth and hazard free landing. “We have waiting for this day from a very long time and you may remember that Chandrayaan-2 has been proposed even before the Chandrayaan-1 was launched. Now it is ready and both gadgets are going on their respective orbits,” he further added. Chandrayaan-2 Vikram lander will make a soft landing on the surface of the Moon in the early hours of Saturday (September 7). The Vikram lander is scheduled to make its soft landing between 1.30 am to 2.30 am.
