Chief Minister Gehlot inaugurated ‘India StoneMart 2022’

Jaipur (Rajasthan), November 11 (ANI): Chief Minister Gehlot inaugurated the 11th edition of 'India Stonemart 2022' at the Jaipur Exhibition and Convention Center in Sitapura, Jaipur. Speaking on the occasion, the Chief Minister said that the stone business in Rajasthan has a long history. He also said that Dimensional stone is a major mineral of Rajasthan. The stones of the state have got a special identity in India and abroad. The state government is continuously taking such decisions, by which the mining and industry sector is promoting as well as increasing employment and revenue. Along with this, the Chief Minister underlined that the Invest Rajasthan Summit has created a good environment for investment in the state. New units are being set up across the state by various companies. The state government is trying to overcome the problems being faced in mining. During the program, the Chief Minister felicitated Ashok Patni of RK Group, R Veermani of Gem Group and Arun Kumar Agrawal of Rajasthan Industries with C-DOS Lifetime Achievement Award for their valuable contribution in the development of stone industry. Along with this, All India Stone Architecture Award was also distributed. During this occasion, Chief Minister Gehlot also released the Exhibitors directory of Stonemart-2022 and RIICO's Coffee Table book. Besides this, He also visited various stalls installed at the venue.
