CM Gehlot pays tribute to martyrs on Vijay Diwas

Jaipur (Rajasthan) December 17 (ANI): Rajasthan Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot paid floral tributes at Amar Jawan Jyoti on the occasion of 50 years of Vijay Diwas. CM Gehlot observed two minutes of silence to pay homage to the officers and jawans of the Armed Forces who were martyred in the Indo-Pak war of 1971.December 16 is celebrated as Vijay Diwas every year to commemorate India's victory over Pakistan during the 1971 Liberation War that led to the creation of Bangladesh.
