Congress MLA Johari Lal resists induction of Tika Ram in Rajasthan cabinet, calls him corrupt

Jaipur (Rajasthan), Nov 21 (ANI): Ahead of Rajasthan cabinet's oath-taking ceremony, Congress MLA Johari Lal Meena on November 21 alleged that state Minister Tika Ram Jully is a corrupt man. “In our district (Alwar), it is well known that Tika Ram Jully is a corrupt man and that his family is involved in the collection. I asked the party leadership to remove him but instead, he has been made a minister. I am against it,” said Meena. Johari Lal’s comment comes after Tika Ram has been promoted from MoS to cabinet rank. Meanwhile, Tika Ram Jully denied all the allegations made by Meena and said, “He (MLA Johari Lal Meena) is a senior leader of the party. I respect him but his allegations are totally baseless. He should come out with proof, if he has any, to back his allegations.”
