Contract killers arrested after encounter in Delhi

New Delhi, March 28 (ANI): Delhi Police has cracked a sensational case of murder committed in the area of Gandhi Nagar Police station with the arrest of one contract killer Shokeen and his associate Jishan. One lady namely Fatima was shot dead by two persons at Old Seelampur, Delhi. They fired 3 rounds at the lady and fled away from the spot. On the basis of secret information, the accused Jishan was identified and arrested from Anand Vihar area. On sustained interrogation, accused Zishan disclosed the name of another accused person as Shokeen and told them that he would come near Pusta Road, Gandhi Nagar. Accordingly, a trap was laid and after a brief encounter, Shokeen was arrested, who sustained a bullet injury on his left leg. On interrogation of accused persons, it has been revealed that accused Shokeen Khan and Zishan are desperate contract killers who commit murder for money. They further revealed that they killed a lady Fatima in lieu of money offered by Aarti who paid the killers One Lakh Rupees. Arti had a money dispute with Fatima. The killers were introduced to Aarti by Rani who is the girlfriend of accused Shokeen. The killers fired 3 rounds at the lady outside her house and fled from the spot.Police recovered one loaded Pistol, one loaded country-made Pistol and 14 Live Cartridges from their possession.
