Creative persons don attire of kings in support of CAA in Karnataka

Shivamogga (Karnataka), Jan 13 (ANI): Amid protests and ruckus across the country for over a month over Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) a creative persons from Karnataka’s Shivamogga showed their support to the Act. The Group of writers, theater persons and environmentalists on January 13 dressed in the attire of kings and gathered outside the Deputy Commissioner's office in Shivamogga. They thanked Prime Minister Narendra Modi for bringing CAA. The Citizenship Amendment Bill (CAB) became an Act on December 12, 2019, after President Kovind gave his assent to the bill.
