Dal Lake freezes after temperature drops in Valley

Srinagar (Jammu and Kashmir), Dec 29 (ANI): A portion of Dal Lake was frozen as the temperature dropped in the region. Locals resorted to bonfires to beat the winter chill. Minimum temperature was recorded at -6.2 C in Srinagar on December 29. North India is reeling under cold wave, bringing the life at halt.
