‘Deepotsava’ begins in Ayodhya

Ayodhya (Uttar Pradesh), Oct 26 (ANI): ‘Deepotsava’ celebrations are underway at Ram Ki Paudi in Ayodhya on Oct 26. Over 5.50 lakh earthen lamps were lit at Saryu Ghat as a part of Diwali celebrations. Tourists flocked in large numbers to witness the grand ‘Deepotsava’ celebrations. Bank of River Saryu has been illuminated with colourful lights. 'Deepotsav' is declared as "state fair" by the government.
