Delhi has secured top position in country in terms of forest cover: Gopal Rai

New Delhi, Mar 05 (ANI): Addressing a Press Conference, Delhi Environment Minister Gopal Rai on March 04 informed that Delhi has become number 1 in the country in terms of forest cover.“Delhi has become no 1 in the country in terms of forest cover; it is 3 per cent more than national parameter. We have to increase our green belt keeping in mind the pollution during winters. We will start a tree plantation drive post-March for 1 year,” Environment Minister Gopal Rai added.
