New Delhi, May 10 (ANI): Lieutenant General KJS Dhillon (Retd) received Param Vishisht Seva Medal from President Ram Nath Kovind on May 10. The President presented Gallantry Awards at Defence Investiture Ceremony 2022 Phase I at Rashtrapati Bhavan in Delhi.
