Delhi Police arrests man for cheating around 36 women on pretext of marriage

New Delhi, May 14 (ANI): Delhi police on May 13 arrested a man for cheating on 36 women on the pretext of marriage by creating fake profiles on matrimonial websites. The accused has been identified as Farhan Khan. While speaking to ANI, South Delhi Police DCP BM Jaikar said, “We have arrested Farhan Khan who used to create fake profiles on a matrimonial website and cheat young women. He had taken around Rs 13 to 15 lakhs from a woman and different amounts from others. We have identified around 36 women who have been duped by him.”
