Delhi Police organises passing out parade of DANIPS Officers

New Delhi, April 05(ANI): Delhi Police organised a passing out parade of 21st batch of Delhi, Andaman and Nicobar Islands Police Service (DANIPS) Officers at police headquarters in Delhi. Three officers were inducted into services after successfully completing their one-year basic training. The newly-inducted trainees were given input on the Police investigation. They have been sensitised on gender issues and crimes against vulnerable sections of society. They were imparted training in driving, firing, handling of latest weapons and explosives, besides physical endurance. During their basic training, trainees were also given the knowledge of IPC, CrPC, Evidence Act, Computers, Cyber Crime, Traffic Rules and personality development. Delhi Police Commissioner Rakesh Asthana, reviewed the passing out parade. On this occasion, CP Asthana motivated them to enhance efficiency for effective policing in maintaining law and order.
