Patna (Bihar), July 14 (ANI): Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Renu Devi stated that education is required for both women and men for population control. “Education is required for both women and men for population control...Men should play a key role in reproductive health care. Hence, education is necessary. If we don't maintain population control, we will be victims of malnutrition. I thank PM Narendra Modi and Bihar CM Nitish Kumar for improving literacy. The education level is raised and young girls are motivated,” said the State Deputy CM.
