“Endurance of 33hrs in air…” Navy chief gives details of Predator drone surveillance capability

New Delhi June 28 (ANI): India and the US signed a USD 3 billion deal for 31 High Altitude Long Endurance (HALE) UAVs or Predator drones during PM Modi’s visit to US. Indian Navy was already operating these drones which were acquired on lease to get firsthand experience. Indian Navy Chief Admiral R Hari Kumar lauded the decision of acquiring these drones and briefed about its capabilities.
