Event organised in J&K’s Udhampur to launch ‘Beti Bachao Beti Padhao’ campaign 2019

Udhampur (Jammu and Kashmir), Aug 27 (ANI): A mega event was organised in Jammu and Kashmir’s Udhampur on August 26 to mark the launch of ‘Beti Bachao Beti Padhao’ campaign 2019. The event was held with aim of promoting ‘Beti Bachao Beti Padhao’ campaign in every nook of district. The campaign focuses on bringing back girls, who have dropped out of schools. On this occasion, a cycle rally was also held to promote the campaign. Speaking to ANI, a student said, “Beti Bachao Beti Padhao has proved to be very beneficial for us.”
