Ex-CM Ajit Jogi’s son arrested by police in cheating case

Bilaspur (Chhattisgarh), Sep 03 (ANI): Chhattisgarh Police on Tuesday arrested Amit Jogi from his residence in Bilaspur. Amit Jogi is the son of former Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Ajit Jogi. Police arrested him in a case of alleged cheating and furnishing false details in his affidavit in the 2013 assembly election. Further details are awaited. While speaking to mediapersons, a police official said, “It is the matter of 2013 assembly election. For the time of nomination he filled false details in his affidavit.”
