Farmers received over Rs 450 crore under 'PM Kisan Samman Nidhi': PM Modi in Amethi

Amethi (UP), Feb 24 (ANI): A day after the fourth phase of Uttar Pradesh Assembly Elections, Narendra Modi on February 24 addressed a public rally in Amethi district of the state. While addressing the rally, PM Modi said that the farmers of Amethi received over Rs 450 crore under the 'Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi', which completes 3 years on February 24. “February 24 is an important day in my life as 'Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi' completes 3 years today. People used to spread rumours in 2019, they said Modi will shut this scheme once polls get over. We won the polls and the scheme continued. Amethi farmers received over Rs 450 crore,” said the PM.
