UP: Flower business badly hit due to heatwave in Meerut

Meerut (UP), May 21 (ANI): The flower business was badly affected in Meerut due to scorching heat. They are facing problems in maintaining their flowers. Due to the heat, their flowers are getting dry. Their businesses are getting hampered amid heatwave. “If I keep the flowers out in open, they will dry off. We've to continuously spray water on them and trim them as required. People are inching more towards artificial flowers, we are struggling,” said a seller.
