Fresh spell of snow blankets Shimla

Shimla (Himachal Pradesh), Jan 15 (ANI): Shimla received snowfall on January 15. The high range of mountains got covered with thick snow blankets.Heavy snowfall affected normal life. The temperature of the area dropped following the snowfall.
