Makwanpur (Nepal), April 19 (ANI): After years of working in the Gulf, Ram Mani Neupane returned home to rebuild his life through dairy farming. Spending hours each day caring for his cows, he now finds stability, savings, and the joy of being with family.His journey from migrant labour to local entrepreneur reflects resilience and determination. Supported by initiatives in Manahari Rural Municipality, including assured monthly payments for milk, farmers are gaining confidence in dairy farming. Officials say rising participation has led to better agricultural and veterinary support at the grassroots level.With nearly 1.7 million households engaged in cattle farming, agriculture continues to be Nepal’s backbone—driving livelihoods and new beginnings for many like Ram Mani.
