Goa: CM-designate Pramod Sawant partakes in 'Shigmo' festival in Panaji

Panaji (Goa), Mar 27 (ANI): Goa Chief Minister-designate Pramod Sawant on March 26 participated in the 'Shigmo' festival in Panaji. “This is a very big festival celebrated in every village. This festival is celebrated in important cities at the government level traditionally and attracts tourists,” said Pramod Sawant.
