Goa CM Pramod Sawant celebrates Ganesh Chaturthi at ancestral residence, extends festival greetings

Kothambi (Goa), September 14 (ANI): Goa Chief Minister Dr Pramod Sawant performed Ganesh Pooja at his ancestral residence on the occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi. Sawant said Ganesh Utsav is a major festival in Goa and extended his greetings to people across the state. He prayed for the happiness and prosperity of Goa and said Lord Ganesha brings happiness and removes sorrow. Sawant’s wife Sulakshana Sawant also extended her greetings to devotees and spoke about traditional celebrations and the use of natural materials during the festival.
