Gujarat became first state to computerise police stations under chief ministership of Narendra Modi: Amit Shah

Gandhinagar (Gujarat), Mar 12 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi with Union Home Minister Amit Shah attended the first convocation address of Rashtriya Raksha University on March 12. While speaking at the convocation ceremony, Amit Shah lauded Narendra Modi (then CM of Gujarat) for his efforts in digitising the police force. “Under the chief ministership of Narendra Modi (then CM) Gujarat became the first state to computerise police stations. The police force was trained through software along with connecting jails and forensic science labs,” said the Union Home Minister.
