New Delhi, Dec 16 (ANI): Congress leader Ghulam Nabi Azad said that had Congress been capable of inciting such violence, Centre wouldn't have been in power. Speaking on Jamia incident, he said, “Police can't enter into university premises without permission of Vice Chancellor. If they weren't permitted, how did police, which comes under Central government, enter into the campus? We condemn it. There should be a judicial inquiry. He further said, “Had Congress been capable of inciting such violence, you wouldn't have been in power.”
