Haridwar: Flower petals showered on ‘Kanwariyas’ from air

Haridwar (Uttarakhand), July 22 (ANI): As the annual pilgrimage of the devotees of Lord Shiva, ‘Kanwar Yatra’ has begun across country, District Administration in Haridwar welcomed ‘Kanwariyas’ with gaiety. Flower petals were showered from helicopter in ‘Har Ki Pauri’. Har Ki Pauri’ is a famous ghat on banks of Ganges in Haridwar.
