Harish Rawat confident of Congress’ victory, says people have voted for change in Uttarakhand

Dehradun (Uttarakhand), Mar 08 (ANI): Former Uttarakhand Chief Minister and Congress Leader Harish Rawat on March 08 expressed his confidence over the victory of Congress party in state elections by saying that they know the sentiments of public and they have voted in their favour. “Exit polls are Exit Polls; we know the sentiments of the public. People have voted for change in favour of Congress.”
