Dehradun (Uttarakhand), Mar 10 (ANI): On the Congress leader Harish Rawat offered prayers at his residence on March 10 ahead of the counting of votes in Uttarakhand. Voting for 70 Assembly Constituencies across Uttarakhand was held on February 14.
